Blueshift worked with the Palm Island Council to develop a Strategic Plan for Aquaculture Development on  Palm Island, including reviewing and assessing past aquaculture developments, identifying key barriers and risks, facilitating workshops with the local community, and assessing a range of indigenous equity options.
