Blueshift assisted NEOM in the development of a comprehensive biosecurity strategy and regulatory framework. This framework addressed modern biosecurity concerns by integrating innovative assessment and monitoring technologies to prevent, manage, control, eradicate biological risks within NEOM. The framework comprised three key components: a biosecurity strategy, invasive alien species strategy and a GMO strategy. Blueshift also developed an implementation plan to integrate each of the components into the broader biosecurity framework, and conservation management and strategy.
