Blueshift undertook a review of research and development programs, technology transfer, and innovation in the KSA fisheries and aquaculture sector. Through comparison with world's best practice, Blueshift provided recommendations for achieving the Kingdom's goals and improving outcomes for the sector. The key findings and recommendations were presented in a comprehensive report.
