Blueshift was engaged by the ILSC for Corporate Advisory Services to support them in the review and assessment of business models and capability requirements for Tiwi Enterprises (TE) Ltd proposed crocodile farm. Blueshift reviewed and assessed the documents associated with TEs funding application to develop a crocodile hatchery on the Tiwi Islands. This review focused on the anticipated benefits to the TE members and the financial viability of the proposed hatchery.
