Pierre is passionate about creating and revealing value. He held diverse senior executive positions both in the private and listed space and successfully delivered growth and profitability by combining productivity and sustainability including 5 years as managing director of publicly listed Atlas Pearls (ASX-ATP). His experience spreads across aquaculture and luxury organisations with operations and markets in Australia, Asia, USA, Europe, and Middle east. Pierre is a business school graduate, holds and MBA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. After 20 years dedicated to pearling, he decided to focus his attention on responsible supply chain optimisation and help purpose-driven organisations develop and implement forward, backward and quasi-integration strategies. His core competencies include cross-cultural leadership and management, value proposition crafting and transformation, international business development, sales, and marketing and supply chain traceability and sustainability integration.
